  • For my one-on-one nutrition coaching there is a 3 month minimum. I always tell my clients that I sell transformations not sessions—reason being is because you won’t get the results you desire with one off sessions.

  • At the moment I do not currently* accept insurance and payment is out-of-pocket; however, I can provide you with a superbill, which is an invoice you can submit to your insurance company. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may receive partial reimbursement.

    Please note that you may be eligible to use you HSA/HRA accounts for services as well. I can provide a superbill that you would submit directly to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
