Hey! I’m Jessica!
I’m a Registered Dietitian specializing in women's health, and I am dedicated to helping women reclaim control over their mood, body, and hormones, while also seeking relief from painful and irregular periods. My goal is to empower women to make positive dietary and lifestyle changes that promote hormonal balance and overall well-being.
My journey to become a dietitian started in college.
I was 22 years old, and my overall health had been rocked by my poor eating habits, lack of knowledge surrounding food and being placed on hormonal birth control.
Would you believe me if I told you that I had only gotten my period on my own twice naturally?!
It’s true! I was then prescribed the pill to “fix” my missing periods without any explanation as to why my periods were MIA in the first place. After a decade of being on the pill I found myself 15lbs heavier, exhausted, suffering from horrible GI issues and cystic acne.
I was completely disconnected from my body.
I decided I had to take control of my health & get off birth control completely. This is where my relationship with nurturing my body with the right foods started to evolve. By addressing the root cause of my hormonal imbalance, I was able to get my periods back with ease, have more energy, fix by GI issues and get rid of my hormonal cystic acne.
Through my own personal experience, along with my science-based nutrition degree, I’ve been able to help hundreds of clients…

With over 12 years of experience in clinical, corporate and community nutrition, I’ve help clients heal their relationship with food and reconnect with their bodies (and periods) without having to diet.
Through evidence based coaching, I educate on the science behind why hormonal imbalances occur and that regaining control over their periods encompasses proper nutrition, physical activity and maintaining mental well-being.
My philosophy stems from making small achievable goals where clients can easily transition into a healthier lifestyle without feeling overwhelmed.
